An elegant cellar where you can discover typical wines of the island
The Surrau cellars is showcased across a property of over 50 hectares covered largely by vineyards. The architectural project interprets the cellar as a workplace where you can see the process of transforming a product of the earth firsthand, guaranteed to have authenticity and quality.
The visit goes from the vineyards to the barrique cellar, and is followed by a tasting of wines chosen from Vermentino, Cannonau, Carignano, Muristellu and Cabernet Sauvignon.
