ABI SPA

Four therapy rooms, each themed around the scent of a typical Sardinian essence, are available for massages and cosmetic treatments for the face and body.
Access to the spa, the relaxation area with Himalayan salt wall and the wet area – with a sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers and an ice waterfall – is upon reservation only.

Aromatic infusions of herbal teas are at your disposal in the relaxation area and by the outdoor pool, to ensure complete relaxation.

GYM

The gym, equipped with the latest Technogym machines, offers the ideal space to work out, practice yoga, or take a class with personal training available on request.

Featuring 2 treadmills, a rack with dumbbells up to 22 kg, lat and pectoral machines, mats and several benches spread over 90 square metres on the ground floor, the gym is surrounded by lush greenery and just steps from the sea.

Open daily from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

YOGA

Guests can enjoy complimentary yoga sessions led by our expert instructor. Join us every Tuesday at 6.30 p.m. for a deep stretching session, and on Fridays at 7.30 a.m. for a morning flow just steps from the sea.

Classes are open to small groups of all levels and can be held in Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Private and personalised lessons are also available on request.
