At breakfast, local specialities are offered alongside cakes, breads and a selection of fine patisserie, all prepared fresh by our pastry chef. Juices, extracts, smoothies and fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetables accompany a selection of freshly-cooked dishes and a show cooking area where a selection of egg dishes are prepared.
At sunset, dinner awaits with a menu focused around traditional Mediterranean and Sardinian cuisine, daily specials prepared by the chefs in the open kitchen, themed evenings, show cooking and, once a week, a traditional Sardinian buffet.
