COVID UPDATES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Your safety and well-being are our top priority at all times. Fortunately, Sardinia is still among the Italian regions least affected by the virus and the entire community is respecting the rules imposed by the government to contain the pandemic.
The hotel is just 15 minutes from the Giovanni Paolo II Hospital and 20 minutes from the Mater Hospital (Covid Hospital). In addition, a medical service is available on site 24/7, as is an express transfer service to the hospital.
We will be very flexible with regard to all requests and reservations.
We are living through an extraordinary time and we have implemented extraordinary measures in order to offer guests and employees the highest levels of service and support.
All of our staff are equipped with gloves and masks, and undergo training courses so that they can take care of each guest in compliance with safety measures. Common areas are cleaned constantly, in particular handles, handrails and buttons in lifts.
This reception service includes a welcome drink and is organized on our open-air terrace overlooking the sea. All documents will be requested in advance so that we have the necessary information for registration on your arrival.
On arrival we will ask for your mobile number so that we can communicate with you quickly by phone or WhatsApp.
Rooms are sanitized and cleaned with specialized products. Bed linen and towels are washed at 90°C and alcohol gels are provided so that all surfaces can be kept clean and disinfected at all times.
You can order your breakfast and dinner via message the night before, telling us what you would like and the delivery time.
Reservations for our four restaurants will be taken in advance by staff at reception and in the dining room, in order to guarantee safety, appropriate spacing between tables, and a quality service.
For those who wish to enjoy an afternoon refreshment, an aperitif or a digestif after dinner, our bar is set up to serve you safely. We have increased the spacing of the furniture in our lounge and terrace to ensure social distancing.
All incoming goods are subjected to strict sanitary protocols and are checked and pre-stored upon receipt in a dedicated environment, where they are disinfected before entering the processing or distribution areas.
All of our therapists undergo testing. Massage rooms are disinfected before and after each treatment. Access to the spa is limited to clients who have booked, and bookings will be spaced 15 minutes apart.
Beach umbrellas are spaced 4 metres apart to ensure increased safety. Guests can use the Beach Service to enjoy salads, drinks, aperitifs and snacks at their loungers.
